Incredibooths shares some tips on how to rent a long island photo booth.

Hicksville, NY (PRWEB) December 21, 2011

Thinking of renting a long island photo booth ? Most in search of the perfect photo booth are looking for the same basic requirements: a photo booth that looks good, fits the events look and feel and of course fits in the budget! By looking at what a photo booth rental company offers perspective clients can see which rental will fit best.

First, look at the photo booths themselves! A real photo booth should not be a few curtains draped over some piping! It should be a real photo booth - not open, not a camera on a tripod facing a background. However, wanting a genuine photo booth doesn't mean the neighborhood arcade photo booth should be hauled in for an elegant wedding! Find a photo booth rental that works with the theme and the event - one that is not an eye soar and looks like it belongs at the movie theater. Above all else, don't fall for the pipe and drape pitfall! Look for something modern and fun that will compliment your party and feel like it belongs! For an elegant wedding perhaps, Incredibooths offers a sleek all white photo booth called the Capture Cube.

Second, take a look at the company providing the rental. Are they a full time long island photo booth rental company? Do they have an office? Do they answer the phone? Are the responsive to emails? All of these should be clues you can use to determine if your working with a week-end warrior or a professional LI photo booth rental company. Also, in recent times many other event vendors have added photo booths as an additional service to another business such as photography or entertainment services. While some are able to do this well, most times the photo booth is just what it seems: a side part of a bigger business.

Last, ask about the features or options you can choose with your photo booth rental. Any modern photo booth should offer super fast printing (about 7-8 seconds per print), a touchscreen that activates the booth, the option to email or post pics to facebook, to get extra copies, customize the prints themselves and other fun add-ons like a photo scrapbook and props to add some excitement to the experience. Another big thing to look for here is that the company provides an attendant to operate and assist your guests for the entire rental period. If it's a drop and go service you should look elsewhere.

These three basic points should assist in helping to make a great photo booth rental decision. As always more important than anything is to be comfortable - confident that the company chosen can deliver a photo booth as fabulous as the event itself! For more information on renting a photo booth contact Dennis Sea of Incredibooths for helpful tips, insights and of course great photo booth rentals!

Manfrotto Introduces New Line of National Geographic Photo and Video Supports

Ramsey, NJ (PRWEB) March 29, 2006

National Geographic and Manfrotto have teamed up to bring a world of experience to photographic accessories. The new line -- introduced at CES 2006 -- includes a collection of tripods, heads, monopods and gear bags ideal for photographic professionals and amateurs alike.

Easy to use and engineered to endure the most extreme conditions, the National Geographic photo and video supports are licensed and designed by Manfrotto, the world?s most renowned brand for professional photo and video equipment. Two separate lines, NG Expedition and NG Tundra, offer a variety of products that set new standards in tripod technology.

The NG tripod family -- composed of two tripods and two heads -- was field-tested by National Geographic photographers and engineered to withstand the most extreme environments.

The NG Expedition NGET1 is the world?s only fully automatic tripod. It features a patented column mechanism, designed for low-angle macro photography, enabling the column to be mounted horizontally. The carbon fiber and magnesium NGET2 also features the laterally mounted column and is extremely lightweight and portable.

The NG Expedition ball heads are the only heads in the world to offer a protective bellows system. This feature prevents dirt and debris from entering the mechanisms of the head, offering use of the NG Expedition in any environment. Additionally, the NG Expedition ball heads feature hydrostat technology. Developed exclusively by Manfrotto, hydrostat technology uses fluid pressure to securely lock the camera with minimal effort.

The NG Tundra family of products, composed of three tripod kits, is designed for first-time digital photographers and avid outdoor enthusiasts.

The NGTT1 ball head tripod kit features a compact design, is lightweight and portable. The NGTT2 three-way head and tripod kit offers an ultra-small, three-way head that can be used for both photo and video equipment. Finally, the NGTM1 Tundra monopod features a removable ball head and folds to an extremely portable length, making it extremely convenient for travel.

Manfrotto Introduces Modo, the First Photo and Video Tripod Designed for Everyday Use

Ramsey, NJ (PRWEB) May 12, 2006

Manfrotto, the world?s most renowned brand for professional photo and video accessories, is introducing the Modo family of tripods ? the world?s first photo and video tripod designed for everyday use.

Manfrotto has taken the professional features from their best-selling products and incorporated them into the Modo to create a high-performance, ultra-compact and lightweight tripod that packs into any bag or backpack. Now, even the amateur photographer can utilize the techniques of professionals and take high quality photographs and video.

All Modo tripods feature a number of innovative design elements that come together to create a unique blend of stability, portability and ease of use. Developed with a versatile hybrid head, the Modo can be used with both digital camera and video equipment. With the touch of the safety button, the quick-release plate allows the user to easily switch between cameras and equipment, making capturing family, vacation and everyday moments simple.

When stored, the Modo can fold down to fit almost anywhere. Extremely portable, the highly compact Modo 785SHB folds to a mere 14 inches while the larger 785B is only 4.1 in. longer when collapsed, measuring 17.1 in.

However, while these tripods are compact, they can stand tall when needed. The compact 785SHB has a maximum height of 45 in. Towering over the 785SHB, the larger 785B is the tallest tripod in the Modo line with a maximum height of 59.2 in. All Modo tripods feature quick flip leg locks that allow the user to easily open, close and adjust them to any intermediate height.

Modo tripods not only have a high reach, but they can also get low. For low angle images, the bottom of the innovative center column is designed to twist off, and the three variable leg angles allow the tripods to reach 6.1 in. (the 785SHB model) or 6.9 in (785B model) from ground level.

As is the case with all Manfrotto tripods, the Modo was designed for quick, easy and reliable use. The black, aluminum alloy tripods feature a sleek oval leg shape, making adjusting them even easier by preventing the legs from rotating.

The Modo family of tripods also includes a monopod, the 790B.
