Can you Critique the Technical Section of my Resume?

Can you Critique the Technical Section of my Resume?

I've read multiple threads here regarding "technical skills," but I don't think they apply in my case. I'm an incoming college freshman with some paid development experience. I don't know enough languages to need an elaborate skills section (i.e. multiple-row tables, multiple categories for languages). In addition, I can't include all my skills in my work exp section because I learned some languages from HS classes.
Here's what I have so far for the skills section:
Computer Languages: Java, Perl, R, UNIX, JavaScript, Scala
Software and Technologies: HTML, CSS, LaTeX, ANTLR, JSP, Dojo JavaScript Toolkit,  FusionCharts, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
In addition to the above, I'm familiar with XML, XSLT, MDX, AJAX, and Pentaho Business Intelligence Suite. What do you guys think of my skills section? How would you suggest improving it for summer positions in software engineering?
